is there a WEBCAD utility for delaware county??  something similiar to what Montgomery County has? http://dps.montcopa.org/dps/cwp/view,a,1490,q,71359.asp

Not that I am aware of Delco has not caught up to the times yet

I believe lancaster county has a webcad very similar to montco's page.

I can't see where it would be all that hard of a thing to do.

I buddy of mine, using a scanner and some parts from Radio Shack, rigged up a computer and can get the CAD Dispatches from Philly.

If he can do that, I would think the counties could do it as well.

You can get all the alpha pager messages on your computer using a pocsag decoder and a scanner. anyone would be able to see what Delco,Montco or anyone using a pocsag format for alpha paging.

I don't think it's set up correctly.  All of the pages aren't being decoded properly and are coming up with cap codes that don't exist.

None of that is delco  at all if you want to decode delco download a pocsag decoder and use your scanner to recieve the pages ..

Here is the right link. They changed the group and I didn't know that they changed it. This has all the pages that go out to the pagers in Delaware county, PA.
