Fire was in Northampton County. Williams Twp. Station28. 42's were second due on the alarm. (They have yet to switch to the box card system) Wasn't on the call but heard that the home owner was in the garage welding something, spark lit something off which caused a small explosion. Home owner's hands and upper body were on fire. He jumped into a pool to put the flames out. They transported him to the hospital not sure how bad he was hurt.
