Chief 7 11-2 arrived on scene with a 30x50 garage well involved with a victim down. First in engine to go in service with 2-1/2" line. Command requested the evacuation tones sounded for heavy fire conditions through out. Special call additional ALS unit. One female victim was transported to the hospital with serious burns.

Engine 9 arrived across from their quarters to find a 3 story wood frame dwelling with fire in the basement used all to quickly bring the fire under control,no injuries were reported.

Chief Matyjasik requested the second alarm struck, placed multiple hand lines in service. 1 firefighter was transported for minor injuries. The City Fire Marshal is investigating.

One firefighter was injured when he fell through the porch to the basement. He was treated at the scene by medic 2 with minor injuries
