Chief 53 arrived on scene with heavy fire in the basement of a two story dwelling. Command requested the second alarm struck. Fire extended to the upper floors, evacuation tones sounded due to heavy fire conditions.

Engine 04-2 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from a three story S/F/D. Command reported heavy fire in the basement. Crews placed several lines in service. Command ordered the evacuation tones sounded due company having trouble accessing the fire. All hands in service.
