300 reported an overturned SUV with 2 occupants trapped, Rescue 32 and Engines 331,332 operated along with BLS and Medic 43 to remove 2 victims, both victims were transported to the hospital, Bellmawr Police are investigating.

Engine 13 had a car into a building with 1 female trapped. Rescue 1 in service with the Hurst tools. Extrication was completed in under 10 mins. Medic 1 transported the female to Hahnemann Hospital as a Tramua Alert.

Battallion 11-2 on location reporting a working basement fire. 1141 stretched a line, and the tower ladder opened up and checked for extension. Fire placed under control in 10 minutes. Battalion 1 (Glassman) reported a 3 story 150x150 ordinary building converted into a church with heavy smoke showing from the 3rd floor and roof, companies forced entry, the 2nd alarm was transmitted quickly, numerous hand lines and Tower Ladder 3 went into operation, the 3rd alarm was transmitted as conditioned deteriorated, Car 3 transmitted the 4th alarm, Tower Ladders CFD 3 Truck, Westmont TL 15-1 and Pennsauken TL 1124 were all inservice,no injuries reported.

One patient transported Medivac to Abington Hospital, second patient transported, Doylestown Hospital by ground. EMS on-scene Medic 124, Medic 142 and Chief 125. Rt. 611 closed, 3 hours. 24 & 19 Fire Police on-scene for traffic control.
The one victim later died at the hospital.

Chief 1600 O/L reporting smoke showing on the 2nd floor, and all persons were out of the structure. Engine 1613 arrived and went into service with a 1 3/4" handline. CP 16 confirmed a working fire in the bedroom. CP 16 advising BLS & ALS to check out a victim who suffered burns. CP 16 requesting utilities, FM, & Construction Official to respond to the scene. Remaining companies to stage at the corner. At 6:33 PM, CP 16 requests all available manpower to report to number 5 Norwood Lane (Manpower Pool). At 6:34 PM, CP 16 states that there was a mattress fire on Division 2 and that it had been extinguished. Central placed the fire under control at 6:35 PM. At 6:37 PM, CP 16 requesting one (1) additional ambulance to the scene (2782) and an Engine to cover Station 161. Engine 2311 (Delran) handled the cover assignment.

E-33, R-32, BLS 3 and a Medic Unit were dispatched to Route 295 Northbound mile marker 28.9 for a MVA Rescue assignment. R-32 arrived first and confirmed one vehicle over turned with one patient trapped. The Rescue Company operated with several hydraulic tools to disentangle the victim from the wreckage. Engine Company 332 stood by with a charged hand line for protection while the balance of their crew assisted with the disentanglement process. SQD 91(Barrington)and GC E-921 (Deptford) stood by on location. The patient was removed at the 30 minute mark and transported to Cooper Trauma Center. The accident is under investigation by NJSP.
