Engine 1 arrived and reported a 2 story vacant stand alone dwelling with heavy fire from the rear, Battalion 1 (Rossi) placed all hands in service, numerous handlines were used to bring the fire under control,no injuries reported.

B/C-1 reported fire on the mezzanine level of a 20 story Hi-Rise building. MIRA box was struck and all hands were placed in service. Crews assisted in evacuation and sheltered in place the people on the upper floors.

Battalion 505 (Williams) reported smoke showing from the 3rd floor of a 3 story occupied twin, Squad 51 arrived and went into service, all hands were used to bring the fire under control with no injuries reported. The Camden County Fire Marshal is investigating. Firefighters from Gloucester City,Mt Ephraim,Collingswood,Westville and Bellmawr operated as well as BLS from Camden EMS and Haddon Heights EMS.

Companies arrived on scene of a one vehicle crash with one victim trapped. Crews went in service with tools to pop a door. Two victims transported to the hospital.

Stations 17-3, 16-1 and Engine 10 were dispatched for a dwelling fire. Command reported a 2 story twin with smoke showing from the 2nd floor. Squad 16 secured a water supply and placed a 1 3/4" hand line in operation. Command reported heavy fire on the 2nd floor striking the all hands box. Ladder 2 from Camden was added above the all hands. No injuries were reported. 1 dog perished from the fire.

Fatal Dwelling Fire - Martic Twp

Units arrived on scene with heavy in a S/F/D, with reported entrapment. Due to a long tight driveway crews had trouble accessing the fireground.
One female victim was found DOA.
Dwelling Fire - Haddon Township

Task Force 16 dispatched for a reported dwelling after a neighbor called 911 for smoke from the eaves. Haddon Township Police arrived and reported a working fire. 1601 struck the all hands on arrival reporting a 2 story single family dwelling with heavy smoke showing. Squad 16 secured its own water supply and placed a 1 3/4" hand line in operation. A 2nd line was also placed in operation. 1602 requested an additional Ladder Company above the all hands. Searches were negative as all occupants were out and accounted for. Crews reported fire on the 1st and 2nd floor of the dwelling. The fire was placed under control with no injuries reported. Camden County Fire Marshals have the fire under investigation.
