B/C 11 had heavy fire and smoke showing from the lead car of the Septa R5 train. Placed all hands in service. Compaines had difficulity acessing the train due to its location on the track. B/C 11 requested 5 additonal meidc units to the scene. A total of 300 passengers were safely evacuated from the train. Deputy 1 placed the fire under control.
