Chief 46 arrived on on scene with heavy fire through the roof of a one story commercial building, a mattress warehouse. Company ordered to lead off with the heaviest water lines to protect the exposure, a tire warehouse. Command requested the second alarm struck. Crews were able to to contain the fire to the original fire building with only minor extension to the extension.
