The Parkside Fire Company Delaware County Pa has placed into service Engine 45 a 2008 Seagrave Marauder . The new Seagrave was built in 2008 to DCFD specifications and was not delivered to DCFD due to budget reasons. Parkside bought the unit from Emergency Products Inc. Thorofare NJ. Engine 45 features an all stainless steel body, Detroit Diesel Series 60 motor paired with an Allison 4000 EVS Transmission. The pump is a Waterous 1250 gpm model with a 500 gallon water tank. Additional features include all Whelen LED lighting, Ultra Low hose bed and headsets in all positions. Thanks to Deputy 45 Chief Albany for his assistance with this feature.
